EXW, Freight is prepaid and billed to buyer for ground, second-day, and next-day air shipments.

Please inspect product upon receipt. In the event of damage, retain all inner and outer packaging materials and damaged goods, take digital pictures (if possible), and notify Customer Service of the specific damaged good(s) and related tracking number(s). Notification must be made within 3 days of shipment receipt. GreyRock Imaging Solutions LLC will file a claim on your behalf and issue a credit or send replacement product at the time of claim resolution, as applicable.
GreyRock Imaging Solutions LLC is not responsible for shipments sent collect, third party, or without insurance at the customer's request.
Common Carrier / LTL Transport
EXW, Freight is prepaid and billed to buyer for ground, second-day, and next-day air shipments.
We take extreme care when preparing shipments for LTL transport. All small/fragile products are packaged in secondary cartons. This enables the carrier to transport the goods in a manner that minimizes freight claims. As part of the LTL process, the receiving party has the responsibility to confirm the shipment is received complete and undamaged.
**Failure to notify the carrier at the time of receipt will significantly reduce the opportunity for claim resolution**
Please inspect, examine, and verify quantities, as the freight is unloaded, paying special attention to the following:
*Shrink wrap and banding are intact.
*No visual damage to cartons.
*Pallet and carton quantity issued on the delivery receipt match the actual shipment delivered by the carrier.
Any and all damage and/or shortages must be detailed on the delivery receipt before you sign. Retain a copy of the signed delivery receipt with damage and/or shortage notated. Retain all inner and outer packaging materials and damaged goods, take digital pictures (if possible), and notify Customer Service of the damaged goods and related tracking number. Notification must be made within 3 days of receipt. GreyRock Imaging Solutions LLC will file a claim on your behalf and issue a credit or send replacement product at the time of claim resolution, as applicable.
In the event of concealed damage, document the damage with digital pictures detailing the damaged goods and placement of the damaged goods on the pallet. Retain all inner and outer packaging materials and damaged goods, and notify Customer Service immediately. The earlier the concealed damage is identified and reported, the better.
