- RMA Number required prior to return.
- Merchandise that has been written on, marked, relabeled, or is not in the original packaging will not be accepted.
- Merchandise installed/damaged by purchaser/customer will not be accepted.
- Electronic merchandise (Ex: Circuit Boards, Power Supplies) will not be accepted.
- Merchandise not of GreyRock Imaging Solutions LLC origin will not be accepted.
- Product returns must be properly packaged. This includes utilizing a secondary shipping carton and packaging materials to ensure product is not damaged during return. GreyRock Imaging Solutions LLC will not credit product damaged during the return process.
- All returns must be sent (freight prepaid) to the GreyRock Imaging Solutions warehouse with the RMA number(s) written clearly on the package(s).
